Wash your feet well at least once a day.
Esp when/if you come from work/school.

After work/school
Wash your body/take a shower after you come from work.
Remember to wash your feet too.
Change socks. Change underwear if needed.

Washing your hair.
Wash your hair once a week. If you think you need it, do it more often. link

Use a deodorant. Don't spray too much of it. See natural deodorant. Made with baking soda and corn starch. (More info here.)


Dont touch your face with unclean or sweaty hands.
wash your hands before touching face.

Shaving:
wash your face with soap after shaving. Dry using clean, dry towel.

Teeth:
Brush your teeth after each meal, or at least after breakfast and before bed.
Floss.

Underwear.
change underwear every day. max every two days. if they look clean, and if you are unsure, smell them.

Socks
change socks every day, or two if you stay at home.

Linen
change linen once a week. max 10 ten days.

Wear a clean t-shirt.
Change your t-shirt and jeans every 3 days, if you dont do anything physical.

Personal hygiene for men
A build-up of secretions called smegma can form under the foreskin of uncircumcised men. If you are uncircumcised, gently pull back the foreskin when you have a shower and clean with water. You can use soap if you like, but make sure you rinse it off well.

Personal hygiene for women:
Menstruation - wash your body, including your genital area, in the same way as you always do. Change tampons and sanitary napkins regularly, at least four to five times a day. Always wash your hands before and after handling a tampon or pad.
