Exercise, read, think, pray and meditate.
It does not have to be exactly 1 hour.
Your body, mind and soul are connected. If one is agitated (upset) , the others will feel it too.
Remember to breathe. In, wait 3 sec, out, wait 3 sec. Repeat 10 times.
Relax. Put yourself in a happy, relaxed state.
Move into happy zone.
